Yes. ReserveVOICE ships with ready-made integrations for OpenTable, TheFork and other common booking platforms. If you use your own calendar we support iCal and Google Calendar sync.

What does the AI reservation agent do when the restaurant is fully booked?

The AI agent suggests alternative times within your configured window or puts the guest on a waiting list. If the guest leaves a number, they get an automatic notification as soon as a table opens up.

Can I manually edit reservations that the AI agent took on the phone?

Yes. From the admin panel or the mobile app you can move, delete or add reservations at any time. Changes sync back to the AI agent automatically.
