How does ReserveVOICE manage table bookings?
ReserveVOICE takes phone reservations 24/7 and automatically checks availability by party size, time and duration. The guest receives an SMS or email confirmation, and the booking lands in your calendar or connected reservation system.
Can ReserveVOICE reduce no-shows?
Yes. The system sends automatic reminders the day before and on the day of the booking, optionally asking for a confirmation. Operators using reminders generally see a drop in no-shows compared with reservations without reminders.
Does it integrate with OpenTable or similar systems?
Yes. ReserveVOICE ships with ready-made integrations for OpenTable, TheFork and other common booking platforms. If you use your own calendar we support iCal and Google Calendar sync.
What happens when the restaurant is fully booked?
The AI agent suggests alternative times within your configured window or puts the guest on a waiting list. If the guest leaves a number, they get an automatic notification as soon as a table opens up.
Can I edit reservations manually?
